Shipping Policies

Anytime you shop from a small business, and especially during these difficult times, you're supporting a long chain of people from our staff that deliver these products to you, to the people that produced them. Thank you for supporting us--it means the world to us! Here's how we are ensuring things are sanitized in order to protect you and our staff.

* Clothes that are returned from approvals or online orders are steamed thoroughly (our steamers reach at least 250 degrees) and then held aside for 24 hours before returning to the floor.
* We wipe down all surfaces morning and night, including our online order packing station. * We use new materials for every outgoing shipment, including cardboard boxes and tissue paper.
* Our employees continue to use correct handwashing protocols, and are not allowed in the store if they do not feel well.
* We use a rotation schedule to ensure minimal staff are present and keep 6 feet away from each other while working.

We are pleased to offer free ground shipping and free returns/exchanges on all orders in the US. All orders that meet our return policy will contain a complimentary FedEx return label. If you'd prefer to receive your items more quickly, expedited shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your shipment and your location. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2pm EST (excluding holidays) will generally be shipped out on the same day pending product availability and credit verification. We ship all orders via FedEx, with?a signature being required on orders over $500. If your order is over $500 and?you would like to not have a signature required at delivery, please note this in the comments section of your order. If you choose to ship without a signature being required, you are?liable for the contents of the package should they go missing.?Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us containing your FedEx tracking number. We recommend signing up (it’s free!) for FedEx Delivery Manager so you can receive delivery alerts, sign remotely, have it held at a Walgreens location, and more.

Please note that FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPA addresses.?

International Shipping

Yes, we will happily ship internationally where available. We offer Free International Economy shipping, and if you need it quicker, we also offer International Priority for a fee that varies depending on the country. Shipping costs for Priority can be estimated during the checkout process before submitting payment.?Please note that we do NOT offer free return shipping on international orders.?For international returns that meet our return policy, the refund amount will reflect current conversion rates on the day of the refund. Orders shipped outside of the US may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees that are determined once the shipment reaches the destination country. The recipient may be subject to these fees and may be required to pay these fees in order to have the shipment release. We unfortunately have no control over these charges and can't predict what they might be. We do not ship orders as "gifts." Customs policies vary widely from country to country. If you have any questions, please contact your local customs office for more information. If additional customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
